With every vegetable share you get a Mountain Bounty Newletter. The newsletter tells you what produce is in your box that week. You will also find out what we are currently planting, how the weather has been treating us, and what future improvements are coming to the farm. The newsletter also comes with great recipes for the produce in your box. You may find out you love beets when you roast them and put them in a summer salad. Past newsletters will be kept on the site so you can reference your favorite recipes from the summer before. Enjoy!

2009-2010 Winter Share and 2010 Summer Share

We are now accepting signups for our 2010 winter and summer seasons.

Farmers' Markets
Summers at the Nevada City Saturday Farmers' Market. See Mountain Bounty Farm at this new farmers' market for seasonal vegetables you may want to choose yourself, or for that extra quantity needed for entertaining or food preservation. Saturday mornings late June through October on Union Street in Nevada City.

Farm Harvest Festival
Saturday September 18th, 2010
Come celebrate the harvest with us.  See the farm in all its glory, snack on gourmet treats provided by our farmer/chefs, and bring the kids for special games and tours.  Show your kids where their food REALLY comes from!
